新疆草地资源利用与生态畜牧业可持续发展探析

摘　　要：新疆草地资源类型丰富,是畜牧业发展的重要物质基础,但新疆草地资源存在分布不均、时空利用不平衡等问题。因此,应着眼草地生态系统的问题和产业发展需求,围绕生产与生态问题分析影响因子与生产模式的可持续性。基于新疆草地资源利用现状,总结了存在的问题,提出了相关对策和展望。应立足生态资源多样性和天山垂直自然带资源特色,提升生态系统稳定性和可持续性;结合资源要素条件,加大草畜平衡管理力度,因地因时优化农牧结合、牧繁农育、放牧补饲等高效养殖生产技术与模式组合,实现农牧区耦合与多产业协同发展。Xinjiang has abundant types of grassland resources,which are important materials basis for the development of animal husbandry.However,there are problems such as uneven distribution and uneven spatial and temporal utilization of grassland resources in Xinjiang.Therefore,we should focus on the problems of grassland ecosystems and the needs of industrial development,and analyze the sustainability of influencing factors and production models around production and ecological problems.Based on the status of grassland resource utilization in Xinjiang,this paper summarized the existing problems,proposed relevant countermeasures and prospects.We should focus on the diversity of ecological resources and the characteristics of the Tianshan vertical natural belt resources to enhance the stability and sustainability of the ecosystem;by combining resource factors and conditions,we should increase efforts to balance the management of grass and livestock,according to local conditions and time,optimize efficient breeding production technologies and mode combinations,including the combination of agriculture and animal husbandry,animal husbandry and breeding,grazing and supplementary feeding and so on,and realize the coupling of agriculture and pastoral areas and the coordinated development of multiple industries.
