摘 要:在满足中国汽车工程学会巴哈大赛规则的前提下,本文设计优化一套质量可靠、传动高效、工作稳定的四驱动力传动方案,实现整车传动效率最大化、整车传动系统尽可能达到轻量化的效果。本文介绍了一套分时四驱系统,包括车辆传动系统的布置、结构组成、CVT动力学试验、整车动力参数计算。分析讨论四驱系统在赛事方面的优缺点,给出一套合理的设计方案。利用仿真软件对主要零部件进行分析。研究表明:通过合理的动力匹配和结构设计,四驱系统会使赛车动力性、加速性能、爬坡性能有一定的提升。Under the premise of satisfying the rules of Baja SAE China(BSC),this paper designs and optimizes a set of four-drive transmission scheme with reliable quality,efficient transmission and stable operation,so as to maximize the transmission efficiency of the whole vehicle and achieve the effect of lightweight transmission system as much as possible.This paper introduces a set of time-sharing four-wheel drive system,including the layout of the vehicle transmission system,structural composition,CVT dynamic test,and vehicle dynamic parameter calculation.Analyze and discuss the advantages and disadvantages of the four-wheel drive system in the competition,and give a set of reasonable design schemes.Simulation software is used to analyze the main components.The results show that through reasonable power matching and structural design,the four-wheel drive system will improve the dynamics,acceleration performance and climbing performance of the racing car to a certain extent.
