摘  要:本文介绍了一种新型共线吊具改造方案,旨在解决汽车生产线在引入新车型时,传统的共线吊具改造方案存在柔性上限低、现场空间利用率低、人机工程差和改造成本高等问题。本文的新型共线吊具改造方案的核心原理是采用快速切换理念,保证吊具结构简单,人机友好且柔性不设上限。该方案引入了共线吊具快切机构和吊具存放架,通过模块化设计和快速切换结构,实现了吊具的快速更换和存储。文章最后总结了新方案的优势,包括提高生产线的柔性、降低改造成本、改善人机工程学、提高生产效率等。总体而言,这一创新设计为车身车间零部件上件吊具的柔性设计提供了一种有效的解决方案,对推动汽车制造业在快速变化的市场中保持竞争力具有积极意义。This article introduces a novel solution for the retrofitting of in-line hoisting equipment,aiming to address issues in traditionalAutomotive production lines when introducing new vehicle models.The conventional retrofitting approaches suffer from limitations such as low flexibility,inefficient use of on-site space,suboptimal human-machine interaction,and high retrofitting costs.The core principle of the proposed new in-line hoisting equipment retrofitting solution is based on a rapid switching concept,ensuring a simple structure,userfriendly interface,and unlimited flexibility.The new solution incorporates in-line hoisting equipment quickswitch mechanisms and hoisting equipment storage racks.Through modular design and rapid switching structures,it facilitates the swift replacement and storage of hoisting equipment.The article concludes by summarizing the advantages of the new solution,including enhanced production line flexibility,reduced retrofitting costs,improved human-machine ergonomics,and increased production efficiency.The implemented solution is currently in stable operation,demonstrating significant achievements in meeting consumer demands,enhancing production line flexibility,and reducing costs.In summary,this innovative design provides an effective solution for the flexible design of hoisting equipment in the body shop,contributing positively to maintaining competitiveness in the rapidly evolving automotive manufacturing industry.
