摘 要:汽车涂装作为汽车制造中的高能耗环节,其节能降耗技术的运用研究尤为重要。本文分析了汽车涂装设备的能耗现状,包括能耗构成及主要影响因素,指出设备老化、工艺落后以及环境因素等导致的能效低下问题;概述了当前节能降耗技术的三大类别:高效能源利用技术、智能化控制技术和新材料与低能耗工艺,并详细探讨了这些技术在预处理、喷漆、烘干等环节的具体应用,如热能回收、静电喷涂和红外烘干等。Automotive painting as a high energy consumption link in automobile manufacturing,its energy saving and consumption reduction technology is particularly important.This paper analyzes the current situation of energy consumption of automotive painting equipment,including the composition of energy consumption and the main factors affecting it,and points out that the aging of equipment,backward technology and environmental factors lead to the problem of low energy efficiency;outlines the three major categories of the current energy-saving and consumption-reduction technologies:high-efficiency energy utilization technology,intelligent control technology and new materials and low-energy processes,and explores in detail the specific application of these technologies in the pre-processing,spraying,and drying links,such as thermal energy recovery,electrostatic spraying and infrared drying.application of these technologies in pretreatment,painting and drying,such as heat recovery,electrostatic spraying and infrared drying.
