摘  要:本文基于正面100%全宽碰撞后排约束系统模型,将标准工况中的第5百分位假人替换为THUMS 50百分位假人,以此来评价约束配置对中型身材乘员的保护效果,然后分析不同约束系统配置参数下假人的损伤响应。根据仿真结果,构建响应面模型并结合遗传算法对约束系统参数进行优化,兼顾约束系统对中大身型乘员和小身型乘员的安全保护性能。This article is based on the rear restraint system model of a 100%full width frontal collision.The 5th percentile dummy in standard operating conditions is replaced with a THUMS 50th percentile dummy to evaluate the protective effect of restraint configuration on medium-sized passengers.Then,the damage of the dummy under different restraint system configuration parameters is analyzed.Based on the simulation results,a response surface model is constructed and combined with genetic algorithm to optimize the parameters of the constraint system,taking into account the safety protection performance of the constraint system for both medium and small-sized passengers.
