摘 要:电池管理系统(BMS)的故障诊断与维修策略是影响车辆安全性与性能的关键因素。电池管理系统承担着电池状态监测、能量管理以及安全保护等重要职责,若无法及时诊断并修复故障,将导致电池寿命缩短、能效降低甚至存在安全隐患。针对这一问题,本文探讨了基于模型、数据驱动以及信号处理等技术的多种故障诊断手段,并分析了各自的优势与适用场景。同时,提出了故障预警、早期介入、精准定位与故障修复等一系列维修策略,以确保新能源汽车电池管理系统的稳定运行与安全性能提升。Battery management system(BMS)fault diagnosis and repair strategy is a key factor affecting vehicle safety and performance.BMS is responsible for battery status monitoring,energy management and safety protection,etc.Failure to diagnose and repair faults in a timely manner will lead to shortened battery life,reduced energy efficiency and even safety hazards.To address this issue,this paper discusses a variety of fault diagnosis tools based on modeling,data-driven,and signal processing technologies,and analyzes their respective advantages and applicable scenarios.At the same time,a series of maintenance strategies such as fault early warning,early intervention,accurate localization and fault repair are proposed to ensure the stable operation and safety performance of the battery management system of new energy vehicles.
