摘  要:本文围绕高职院校汽车类专业劳动教育课程,将专业特色与劳动教育路径相结合,进行汽车类创新劳动教育的路径探索。从构建系统化实践路径、健全多元化综合评价机制、营造特色化思政育人氛围、完善立体化全程育人保障体系四个方面深入探讨“三全育人”背景下高职汽车类专业劳动教育,全面提升学生的劳动素养,深化对“三全育人”综合改革的理解,促进高职院校高质量发展。This article focuses on the labor education courses of automotive majors in vocational colleges,combining professional characteristics with labor education paths to explore the path of innovative labor education in automotive majors.From four aspects:building a systematic practice path,improving a diversified comprehensive evaluation mechanism,creating a distinctive ideological and political education atmosphere,and perfecting a three-dimensional full process education guarantee system,this article deeply explores the labor education of vocational college automotive majors under the background of"three all-round education",comprehensively enhances students'labor literacy,deepens the understanding of the comprehensive reform of"three allround education",and promotes the high-quality development of vocational colleges.
