摘  要:“双师型”教师队伍建设是实现职业教育现代化的重要环节,目前建设已经取得了显著的成果,但是仍然存在“双师型”教师资格认定标准存在偏差、“双师型”教师流动性机制缺失、“双师型”教师评价体系不完善等问题。针对这些问题,本文提出优化评价制度结构、建立多维度评价体系、建立动态评价机制、搭建“双师型”教师发展平台等改革路径。The construction of"double-position"teachers is an important part of the modernization of vocational education,and remarkable results have been achieved in the construction,but there are still problems such as deviation in the qualification standards of"double-position"teachers,the lack of mobility mechanism of"double-teacher"teachers,and the imperfection of the evaluation system of"double-position"teachers.In view of these problems,this paper proposes reform paths such as optimizing the structure of the evaluation system,establishing a multi-dimensional evaluation system,establishing a dynamic evaluation mechanism,and building a"double-position"teachers development platform.
