摘  要:在“双碳”政策推动下,能源领域正经历深刻变革。作为支撑能源技术的核心专业,能源与动力工程专业的课程设置和教学方法须紧跟政策方向,以适应低碳发展的人才需求。本文以内燃机原理课程为例,深入探讨新能源政策背景、产业现状及变革趋势,分析新能源汽车技术变革特点及其对人才的特殊需求,剖析内燃机原理课程现状及其改革目标,并针对新能源汽车产业特点提出课程改革方案,为新能源领域的人才培养提供支持。Driven by the"dual carbon"policy,the energy sector is undergoing profound transformation.As a foundational field for energy technology,the curriculum and teaching methods in Energy and Power Engineering need to align with this policy direction to meet the talent demands of low-carbon development.This paper uses the Principles of Internal Combustion Engines course as an example to delve into the policy background,industry context,current industry landscape,and transformation trends in the new energy sector.It analyzes the characteristics of technological transformation in the new energy vehicle(NEV)industry and its unique talent needs,examines the current state and reform objectives of the Principles of Internal Combustion Engines course,and proposes a reform plan tailored to the NEV industry's characteristics,providing theoretical support for talent cultivation in the new energy field.
