摘　　要：中国特色社会主义文化建设的繁荣发展将深刻影响着中华民族伟大复兴的历史进程。文章梳理了党的十八大以来以习近平同志为核心的党中央开展文化建设取得的辉煌成就,阐述了新时代中国特色社会主义文化繁荣发展的基本经验,并回答了在实现第二个百年奋斗目标的新征程上,如何建设社会主义文化强国的基本问题。The flourishing development of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics will profoundly influence the historical journey of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.This paper reviews the remarkable achievements in cultural construction made by the Party Central Committee,with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core,since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.It elucidates the four basic experiences of the prosperous development of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics over the past decade in the new era,then answers five key issues in constructing a culturally powerful socialist country on the new journey towards achieving the second Centennial Goal.
