新征程上服务“一带一路”高质量共建的语言政策研究

摘　　要：通过对共建“一带一路”相关政策内容的分析,结合对当前学界围绕服务“一带一路”建设相关研究的梳理与回顾,探讨“一带一路”建设的深入,为公共外语服务、语言产业、语言教育、语言智能技术、中华语言文化国际传播、语言文字国际交流合作等创造新的需求与机遇。文章提出,未来可以从数字技术普及应用、企业语言需求、国际化人才贯通培养、语言文化在地化国际传播等角度深化拓展服务“一带一路”高质量共建的语言政策研究。This article examines how the deepening of the“Belt and Road Initiative”creates new demands and opportunities for public foreign language services,language industries,language education,language intelligent technologies,international dissemination of Chinese language and culture,and international exchange and cooperation in language and writing through content analysis of policies related to the“Belt and Road Initiative”and a review of current academic research on serving the construction of the“Belt and Road Initiative”.This article proposes that future research on language policy to serve the high quality joint construction of the“Belt and Road Initiative”can be deepened and expanded from perspectives such as the widespread application of digital technologies,enterprise language needs,integrated cultivation of internationalized talents,and localized international dissemination of language and culture.
