摘  要:针对现有履带式果园运输机大多数采用内燃机为动力,存在环境污染大、能量转换效率低、操控不便、安全性差、功能单一等问题,文章设计了一种具有升降作业平台和自动调平装置的新能源动力履带式果园运输机。主要包括运输机的整体结构设计、升降自卸一体化机构关键零部件的设计计算与仿真分析、自动调平装置设计及控制算法实现,最后通过性能试验,结果显示各项指标均满足设计要求,达到预期目标。文章设计的果园运输机具有通过性好、自动化水平高、安全性好、节能减排等优点,为农户进行水果采摘、树枝修剪、农用物资运输等果园管理作业工作提供便利,减轻了作业人员的劳动强度,为农业现代化智能化作业提供了助力。In view of the problems of large environmental pollution,low energy conversion efficiency,inconvenient operation,poor safety and single function,most of the existing tracked orchard transporter are powered by internal combustion engine,the article designs a new energy powered tracked orchard transporter with lifting operation platform and automatic leveling device.It mainly includes the overall structure design of the transporter,the design calculation and simulation analysis of the key components of the lifting and unloading integrated mechanism,the design of the automatic leveling device and the implementation of the control algorithm.Finally,through the performance test,the results show that all the indicators meet the design requirements and achieve the expected goal.The orchard transporter designed in the article has the advantages of good passability,high automation level,good safety,energy saving and emission reduction,which provides convenience for farmers to carry out orchard management operations such as fruit picking,tree pruning,and agricultural materials transportation,reduces the labor intensity of operators,and provides help for modern and intelligent agricultural operations.
