摘　　要：文章以滚筒式猪粪水干湿分离机为研究对象,研究其筛网孔防猪毛及其他黏附物堵塞、自动冲洗等关键技术。通过剪切刀以往复式剪切猪毛、缩短其长度的方法解决猪毛过长且弯曲黏附在筛网外的问题;根据分离机工作工艺流程特点,提出基于检测筛网输出物含水量来判断筛网堵塞情况的方法,同时根据含水量值的变化,实现自动清洗功能;根据分离机实际工作情况,设计一种能保持一定工作效率、减少筛网堵塞、维护设备安全等功能的自动控制方法。Taking the drum type pig manure water dry and wet separator as the research object,key technologies such as anti clogging of pig hair and other adherents through its mesh holes and automatic flushing are studied.Based on the characteristics of pig hair,the problem of long and bent pig hair adhering to the outside of the sieve is solved by using a shearing knife to reciprocating cut the pig hair and shorten its length;Based on the characteristics of the working process of the separator,a method is proposed to determine the blockage of the screen mesh by detecting the water content of the output material of the screen mesh.At the same time,automatic cleaning function is achieved according to the change in water content value;design an automatic control method that can maintain certain work efficiency,reduce screen mesh blockage,and maintain equipment safety based on the actual working situation of the separator.
