摘  要:在新时代能耗双控向碳排放双控全面转型机制背景下,高校肩负着节约型向绿色低碳型校园建设转变的社会重任。文章通过归纳国内外及福建省部分高校绿色低碳转型研究发展实践,结合福建省A高校的能耗、碳排放、碳汇估算情况,采用点面结合、问卷调查和文献查阅的方法,分析福建省高校绿色低碳转型在现阶段存在的问题,并提出相应的对策建议。Under the background of the comprehensive transformation mechanism from energy consumption dual control to carbon emission dual control in the new era,universities shoulder the social responsibility of transforming from energy-saving to green and low-carbon campus construction.The article summarizes the research and development practices of green and low-carbon transformation in some domestic and foreign universities as well as some universities in Fujian Province,combines the energy consumption,carbon emission,and carbon sink estimation of University A in Fujian Province,the article adopts a method of combining points and surfaces,questionnaire surveys,and literature review to analyze the problems existing in the green and low-carbon transformation of universities in Fujian Province at the current stage,and proposes corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
