《共产党宣言》的时代性阐释——基于“两个大局”的分析视野

摘　　要：《共产党宣言》已经并将继续深刻影响世界历史进程。对于其时代性阐释应立足中华民族伟大复兴的战略全局和世界百年未有之大变局,从三个维度展开。从国际维度看,我们要用历史的眼光看待世界的发展变化,看待由西方主导的世界秩序的改变与当今发展中国家的崛起;从国内维度看,要回到马克思主义经典文本中正确认识和把握资本的特性和行为规律,科学认识社会主义基本经济制度的资本范畴;从政党建设维度看,《共产党宣言》蕴含着共产党人的政治立场、政治思想、政治任务、政治原则等思想,是共产党人政治建设思想的理论源头,对于我们推进新时代党的建设新的伟大工程具有重要的意义。The Communist Manifesto has profoundly influenced and will continue to shape the course of world history.Its contemporary interpretation should be based on the“unprecedented changes in a century”in the global context and the strategic overall situation of the great rejuvenation of the Chi⁃nese nation,and should be developed from three dimensions:First,from an international dimension,we should view the development and changes in the world through a historical lens,understanding the transformation of the Western-dominated world order and the rise of developing countries in the present era;Second,from a domestic perspective,we need to return to the classic texts of Marxism to accurately understand and grasp the characteristics and behavioral laws of capital,as well as scien⁃tifically comprehend the category of capital in the basic economic system of socialism;Thirdly,from the perspective of party-building,The Communist Manifesto encompasses the political stance,politi⁃cal ideology,political tasks,and political principles of communists.It serves as the theoretical source for the political construction of communists and holds significant importance for advancing the new great project of Party building in the new era.
