摘  要:为解决高比例光伏接入柔性互联配电网造成的电压越限问题,提出了考虑有功-无功协调的柔性互联配电网多阶段分布式电压控制策略。首先,在交流子系统内,提出了基于光伏逆变器和智能软开关中电压源换流器无功补偿的电压调整时序配合策略,以低通信成本实现电压快速控制。然后,在交流子系统间,提出了基于智能软开关中多换流器有功功率协调的电压控制策略,通过优化交流子系统之间的有功功率分布,在保证换流器负载均衡的条件下实现越限电压的调节,并提出了最大电压调节工作点计算方法,以评估多换流器有功协调过程的调压能力。最后,对所提分布式控制策略进行仿真分析,仿真结果表明,所提柔性互联配电网多阶段分布式电压控制策略能够以较低的通信需求实现有功潮流和无功潮流的有效协调,具有良好的电压控制效果。In order to solve the overvoltage caused by the high penetration of photovoltaic(PV)in flexible distribution networks,a multi-stage distributed voltage control strategy for flexible interconnected distribution networks considering active and reactive power coordination is proposed.Firstly,within the AC subsystems,the voltage regulation timing strategy of PV inverters and soft open point’s voltage source converter reactive power compensation is proposed,which can achieve rapid voltage control with low communication costs.Secondly,an active power coordination strategy for multiple converters is proposed among AC subsystems.The power distribution between subsystems is optimized to regulate the overvoltage while ensuring the load balance of the converters.Furthermore,a method for calculating the maximum voltage regulation operating point is proposed to evaluate the voltage control capability of the active power coordination process among multiple converters.Finally,the proposed control strategy is simulated and analyzed.The simulation results show that the proposed multi-stage distributed voltage control strategy can effectively coordinate the active and reactive power flow distribution with low communication cost,and achieve good voltage control effects.
