摘  要:电-气综合能源系统的供能恢复过程中,移动应急能源的调配能力受制于交通网络状态,同时电、气负荷参与需求响应也能为系统提供更多的恢复资源。首先,计及系统配电网、配气网及交通网之间的交互影响,考虑移动应急能源和负荷需求响应,提出以电-气综合能源系统恢复净收益最大为目标的恢复决策模型。然后,在优化目标引导下通过恢复分区划分及分区内恢复方案优化对模型进行求解,得到包括负荷的恢复时间、恢复量或负荷参与需求响应的响应时间、响应量等各分区恢复方案。最后,建立由IEEE 33节点配电网和18节点配气网组成的电-气综合能源算例系统,验证所提供能恢复策略的有效性。In the process of energy supply restoration for power-gas integrated energy system,the allocation ability of mobile emergency energy is limited by the state of traffic network,and the participation of electricity and gas loads in demand response can also provide more restoration resources for the system.Firstly,considering the interaction among distribution network,gas distribution network,and transportation network,a restoration decision-making model is proposed with the goal of maximizing the restoration net income of power-gas integrated energy system,incorporating mobile emergency energy and load demand response.Then under the guidance of the optimization goal,the model is solved through the restoration partition division and the restoration scheme optimization within each restoration partition,the results include load restoration time and restoration quantity,together with the response time and response quantity of load participating in demand response.Finally a test power-gas integrated energy system,formed by an IEEE 33-node distribution power network and an 18-node gas distribution network is established to verify the effectiveness of the restoration optimization strategy provided in this paper.
