摘  要:面向乡村振兴战略及农村能源革命,发展高比例可再生能源接入的乡镇综合能源系统是建立绿色低碳及安全高效的现代农村能源体系的关键举措。首先,统筹考虑乡镇能源体系供需特性,提出了集中用能类、家庭生活用能类、农业养殖业用能类及工业产业用能类共4种类型的乡镇级综合能源系统多能互补典型模式;其次,通过引入综合能源服务商提出了基于主从博弈思想的乡镇综合能源系统电量两级就地双层平衡机制;然后,基于此构建了计及能量交互的多类型乡镇综合能源系统两级协同运行优化模型;最后,通过实证研究表明多类型乡镇综合能源系统协同运行机制能有效降低运行成本,降低对县域电网依赖,更大化实现乡镇地区清洁能源就地消纳。Facing the strategy of rural revitalization and the rural energy revolution,the development of integrated energy systems in townships with a high proportion of renewable energy access is a key initiative to establish a green,low-carbon,safe and efficient modern rural energy system.Firstly,considering the supply and demand characteristics of the township energy system,a typical model of multi-energy complementarity is proposed for four types of township-level integrated energy systems:centralized energy use,household energy,agricultural farming and industrial use;Secondly,the mechanism of two-level in situ double-layer balance of electricity in township integrated energy systems based on Stackelberg game theory is proposed by introducing integrated energy service providers.Then based on this,a two-level optimization model of multi-type township integrated energy system is constructed,which takes into account energy interaction.Finally,through the empirical study,the optimization results show that the cooperative operation mechanism of multiple integrated energy systems can reduce the operation cost,reduce the dependence on the external grid,and realize the local clean energy consumption in townships to a greater extent.
