摘 要:为探索环境噪声污染引起性功能减退机制,选用SPF级Wistar大鼠,给予不同强度噪声刺激,通过ELISA法检测血激素水平和脑组织、性腺组织中促凋亡因子表达水平。结果发现,相比对照组,噪声刺激组大鼠血液中肾上腺素水平升高36.86%—77.08%,去甲肾上腺素水平升高18.30%—75.82%;促性腺激素释放激素水平降低8.48%—40.83%,雌二醇水平降低39.53%—71.25%,卵泡刺激素水平降低25.00%—50.86%,黄体生成素水平降低9.06%—37.55%,催乳激素水平降低13.19%—42.75%,雄激素水平降低11.86%—36.21%。噪声刺激组大鼠丘脑、睾丸、卵巢组织中c-fos表达水平分别比对照组升高11.59%—75.60%、22.43%—47.63%和14.12%—63.74%,Bax表达水平分别升高24.54%—61.56%、15.45%—60.91%和22.74%—69.59%,Caspase-9表达水平分别升高20.00%—56.36%、18.75%—46.88%以及42.55%—80.85%。根据结果推断,低于或高于噪声限值的噪声刺激均能显著影响大鼠血激素水平,引起丘脑、睾丸和卵巢组织促凋亡因子表达水平上调,通过增强交感神经—肾上腺髓质轴活性,降低下丘脑—垂体—性腺轴活性,引起性功能减退。To study the mechanism of sexual dysfunction induced by environmental noise,Specific Pathogen-Free(SPF)Wistar rats were selected.The levels of blood hormone and the expression of proapoptotic factors in brain and gonadal tissues were detected by ELISA after giving different intensities of noise stimulations.The results showed that,with noise interference,the level of adrenaline and norepinephrine in blood of rats increased 36.86%-77.08%and 18.30%-75.82%compared with control.Meanwhile,gonadotropin releasing hormone level reduced 8.48%-40.83%,estradiol level reduced 39.53%-71.25%,follicle stimulating hormone level decreased 25.00%-50.86%,luteinizing hormone level decreased 9.06%-37.55%,prolactin level decreased 13.19%-42.75%and androgen level decreased 11.86%-36.21%compared with control.The level of c-fos in thalamus,testis and ovary tissues of rats increased 11.59%-75.60%,22.43%-47.63%and 14.12%-63.74%respectively with the noise treatment.The levels of Bax were increased 24.54%-61.56%,15.45%-60.91%,22.74%-69.59%,and the levels of Caspase-9 were increased 20.00%-56.36%,18.75%-46.88%,42.55%-80.85%,compared with control.The experimental results showed that noise stimulation below or above the noise limit significantly affected the level of blood hormones in rats,increased the level of pro-apoptotic factors in thalamus,testis and ovary,enhanced the activity of sympathetic nerve-adrenal medulla axis,reduced the activity of HPG axis,and finally resulted in sexual dysfunction.
