摘  要:羊草(Leymus chinensis)是广旱生根茎植物,具有广泛的生态适应性和较高的经济价值,是欧亚大陆草原区东部重要建群种之一,同时也是我国畜牧业重要优质牧草。因此,羊草的生物学和生态学特性研究不仅对生态学基础理论具有重要作用,而且对于草原生态的恢复和畜牧业生产实践具有重要意义。本文从羊草的起源与分布,羊草的抗低温、抗干旱、抗盐碱、耐牧等抗逆性研究,羊草的生态型研究以及羊草的遗传多样性研究几个方面进行综述,同时对羊草的起源、扩散、进化研究、羊草抗逆性的分子机制研究以及羊草的遗传多样性研究方面进行展望。文章旨在为广大学者深入理解和掌握羊草的生物学和生态学特性提供文献资料,为进一步开展深入研究提供参考。Leymus chinensis is a rhizomatous plant with extensive ecological adaptability and high economic value.It is one of the important constructive species in the eastern Eurasian steppe region,and is also an important high-quality pasture for animal husbandry in my country.Therefore,research on the biological and ecological characteristics of L.chinensis not only plays an important role in the basic theory of ecology,but also has important significance for the restoration of grassland ecology and animal husbandry production practice.This paper reviews the origin and distribution of L.chinensis,the research on low temperature resistance,drought resistance,salinity resistance,and grazing resistance of L.chinensis,the research on the ecotype of L.chinensis and the genetic diversity of L.chinensis.At the same time,the origin,diffusion,evolution research of L.chinensis,molecular mechanism of L.chinensis stress resistance and genetic diversity of L.chinensis are prospected.The purpose is to provide literature and data for scholars to deeply understand and master the biological and ecological characteristics of L.chinensis,and to provide reference for further in-depth research.
