微更新视角下村落景观设计探索

摘　　要：随着我国城市化建设飞速发展,乡村人口逐渐流失等问题日益凸显。如何在保护乡村环境和保持原本乡村肌理前提下对其进行适度改造,使乡村环境得到提升,使人们有更好的生存环境,成为亟待解决的问题。首先,通过剖析我国乡村政策和社会背景,结合周岱村村民的日常生活,与乡镇政府和农户共同营造的平台进行设计;其次,从结合乡村地域文化和站在乡民角度对乡村进行改造,通过周岱村核心区设计,在强调地域特色和完善公共设施的基础上,探讨了周岱村村落景观微更新设计原则和更新策略,强调了微更新理论介入传统村落改造的可行性和必要性。With the rapid development of China's urbanization construction,the problem of gradual loss of rural population becomes more and more prominent.How to properly transform the rural environment under the premise of protecting the rural environment and maintaining the original rural texture,so as to improve the rural environment and make people have a better living environment,has become an urgent problem to be solved.First of all,through the analysis of China's rural policy and social background,combined with the villagers'daily life in Zhoudai Village,the platform is designed with the township government and farmers.Secondly,from the perspective of combining rural regional culture and villagers,this paper discusses the design principles and renewal strategies of village landscape microrenewal in Zhoudai Village through the core area design of Zhoudai Village,emphasizing regional characteristics and improving public facilities,and emphasizes the feasibility and necessity of micro-renewal theory to intervene in traditional village transformation.
