摘 要:本文深入探讨了丁二酮肟分光光度法在测定车用尿素中镍含量方面的应用。通过详细的实验设计与方法优化,系统分析了该方法的检测原理、操作步骤、校准曲线绘制、精密度评估、准确度验证以及可能的干扰因素。此外,还讨论了该方法在实际应用中的优势与局限性,并提出了相应的改进措施。实验结果表明,丁二酮肟分光光度法以其高灵敏度、良好的选择性和操作简便性,成为测定车用尿素中镍含量的有效手段。本文还通过补充相关表格,进一步展示了实验数据和统计分析结果,为该方法在相关领域的应用提供了有力支持。This article explores in depth the application of dimethylglyoxime spectrophotometry in determining the nickel content in automotive urea.Through detailed experimental design and method optimization,the detection principle,operation steps,calibration curve drawing,precision evaluation,accuracy verification,and possible interference factors of this method were systematically analyzed.In addition,the advantages and limitations of this method in practical applications were discussed,and corresponding improvement measures were proposed.The experimental results indicate that the dimethylglyoxime spectrophotometric method has become an effective means for determining the nickel content in automotive urea due to its high sensitivity,good selectivity,and ease of operation.This article further presents experimental data and statistical analysis results by supplementing relevant tables,providing strong support for the application of this method in related fields.
