摘　　要：全民健身场地设施建设是落实全民健身国家战略和推进“健康中国”建设步伐的重要物质基础和保障。运用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法对全民健身场地设施建设高质量发展这一议题进行研究。价值意蕴:推动区域场地协调发展,实现健身成果惠及全民;创设数字体育消费环境,助推体育产业提质增长;彰显全民健身文化特色,厚植体育文化自信之基;提供全民健身物质保障,丰富群众体育赛事活动;缓解土地资源供给失衡,促进低碳体育场馆建设。现实困境:场地设施资源供给缺乏;智慧场馆设施建设滞后;政策执行动力机制不足;多元主体参与责权分散。路径选择:积极盘活存量建设用地,加强场地建设资源供给;加快智慧体育场馆设施建设,提高智慧化场地普及程度;建立健全政策法规保障体系,提高场地设施供给效率;促进多元主体协同共促机制,推动场地共建共治共享。The construction of national fitness facilities is an important material foundation and guarantee for the implementation of the national strategy of national fitness and the promotion of the construction of Healthy China.It use literature,logical analysis and other methods to study the topic of the high-quality development of the construction of national fitness venues and facilities.Value implications:Promote the coordinated development of regional venues to realize the benefits of fitness for all,create a digital sports consumption environment to boost the quality and growth of the sports industry,highlight the cultural characteristics of national fitness and cultivate the foundation of sports cultural self-confidence,provide material protection for national fitness and enrich the mass sports events,and alleviate the imbalance in the supply of land resources,and promote the construction of low-carbon stadiums.Dilemma:Lack of resources supply of venues and facilities,lagging behind in the construction of intelligent venues and facilities,insufficient mechanism for policy implementation,and fragmented responsibilities and powers of multiple subjects.Path choice:Actively revitalize the stock of construction land to strengthen the supply of venue construction resources,accelerate the construction of intelligent sports venues and facilities to improve the popularity of intelligent venues,establish a sound policy and regulatory protection system to improve the efficiency of venue facilities supply,and promote the mechanism of synergy and co-promotion of multiple subjects to promote the venue construction and sharing of common governance.
