摘 要:聚苯硫醚(PPS)因其出色的硬度和力学性能受到人们的广泛关注,但存在韧性和耐摩擦性差等缺点,需要对其进行改性来获得更好的综合性能。本文使用γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH570)偶联剂改性玻璃纤维(GF)作为聚苯硫醚(PPS)/四氟乙烯-六氟丙烯-偏二氟乙烯共聚物(THV)复合材料的增强剂。通过傅里叶变换红外光谱分析(FTIR)证实偶联剂成功引入和存在的基团反应。通过力学性能、摩擦性能和差示扫描量热仪(DSC)分析探究了KH570用量对PPS/THV复合材料力学性能和耐磨性能的影响。通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)研究材料磨损机制的变化。结果表明,随着KH570用量的增加,纤维与基体界面间的惰性被削弱,纤维与基体间的浸润性得到进一步提升,致使材料的力学性能和摩擦性能都得到了不同程度的提高。当KH570用量为2 phr时的改性效果最好,材料的无缺口冲击强度提升了52.2%,摩擦体积降低了50%,平均摩擦系数下降24%,改性后的纤维在基体中形成的骨架强度和完整性同步增强,纤维脱黏现象减少,材料磨损机制出现了从磨粒磨损到黏着磨损的转变。Polyphenylene sulfide(PPS)has attracted widespread attention due to its excellent hardness and mechanical properties.However,it has disadvantages such as poor toughness and friction resistance,so it needs to be modified to obtain better comprehensive performances.The glass fiber(GF)modified byγ-methacryloxy propyl trimethoxysilane(KH570)coupling agent was used as the composite reinforcing agent in the phenylene sulfide(PPS)/tetrafluoroethene-hexafluoropropylene-vinylidene fluoride copolymer(THV)composite.Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)anlysis proved the successful introduction of coupling agents and the presence of group reactions.The influences of the KH570 amount on the mechanical properties,wear resistance and cryctallization behaviors of PPS/THV composites were explored by means of mechanical performances,friction performance test and differential scanning calorimetry analysis.And the change of material wear mechanism was studied by scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The results show that with the increase of KH570 content,the inertness between fibers and matrix interfaces is weakened,and the wettability between fibers and matrix is further improved,so the mechanical properties and frictional properties of the materials have been improved to varying degrees.When the KH570 content is 2 phr,the modification effects are superior.The non-notch impact strength is increased by 52.2%,the friction volume is reduced by 50%,and the average friction coefficient is decreased by 24%.The skeleton strength and integrity of the modified fibers in the matrix are enhanced simultaneously,the fiber debonding phenomenon is reduced,and the wear mechanism of the material changes from abrasive wear to adhesive wear.
