摘  要:为了开发出一种适用于新型的免充气导热轮胎的橡胶材料,本研究以高相对分子质量的氢化苯乙烯-丁二烯嵌段共聚物(SEBS-6151)为基材,以磺化SEBS(磺化505)作为分散剂,通过引入导热填料炭黑(CB)和氮化硼(BN)制备了一系列不同质量比的复合橡胶材料,系统地研究了不同质量分数的磺化505对材料拉伸性能和导热系数的影响。结果表明,当磺化505的质量分数为10%时,复合材料展现出最佳的拉伸性能。此外,通过对比实验组和对照组的测试结果,证实了磺化505能有效改善填料在基体中的分散性,从而增强材料的拉伸性能和导热性能。最终,通过调整CB和BN的比例,优化了材料的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率,结果表明使用CB和BN作为复合填料,且BN的质量分数为整体填料质量的60%时材料表现出最优的拉伸性能。To develop a new type of non-pneumatic thermally conductive tire rubber material,this study used the high relative molecular mass hydrogenated styrene-butadiene block copolymer(SEBS-6151)as the base material,and sulfonated SEBS(sulfonated 505)as the dispersing agent.A series of composite rubber materials with different component ratios were prepared by introducing thermal conductive fillers including carbon black(CB)and boron nitride(BN).The effects of different mass fractions of sulfonated 505 on the tensile properties and thermal conductivity of the materials were systematically investigated.The results show that when the mass fraction of sulfonated 505 is 10%,the composite material exhibits the best tensile properties.Furthermore,by comparing the test results of the experimental and control groups,it is confirmed that sulfonated 505 could effectively improve the dispersion of fillers in the matrix,enhancing the tensile properties and thermal conductivity of the materials.By adjusting the ratios of CB and BN,the tensile strength and elongation at break of the materials were optimized.The results indicate that when CB and BN are used as the composite fillers,and the BN mass fraction is 60%of the whole filler mass,the material exhibits the best tensile properties.
