摘　　要：厨卫作为住宅主要功能区,承载了住户日常生活中60%的使用功能,更新迭代的需求更迫切,由于面积小,装修难,导致许多老旧厨卫“应改未改”。浙江省杭州市利用“两新”政策机遇,鼓励装配式装修企业积极参与,引导居民采用装配化“厨卫换新”的作法为厨卫改造提供了借鉴。As the main functional areas of residential buildings,the kitchen and bathroom carry 60%of the usage functions in residents’daily lives,and thus have a more urgent demand for updating and iteration.Due to their small size and difficulties in decoration,many old kitchens and bathrooms have not been renovated as they should be.Taking advantage of the policy opportunities of the“Two New”initiatives,Hangzhou City in Zhejiang Province has encouraged prefabricated decoration enterprises to actively participate and guides residents to adopt the practice of prefabricated“kitchen and bathroom renovation”,providing a reference for kitchen and bathroom renovation.
