城市更新背景下胡同文化在传统民居改造中的传承与创新

摘　　要：针对城市更新背景下胡同文化在传统民居改造中的传承与创新问题,本研究通过实施传统民居胡同文化保护与整体性控制策略,确保胡同文化的历史脉络与地域特色得以延续,同时尊重个体需求,进行精细化设计,兼顾居民现代生活需求与传统风貌保护。在传承的基础上,开展传统民居胡同功能创新研究,通过引入多元化功能,提升胡同活力;优化传统民居道路系统,创新交通组织方式,提高出行效率与安全性;并注重传统居民空间环境创新,营造具有时代特色的公共空间,增强居民归属感与幸福感。通过这一系列研究与实践,实现胡同文化在传统民居改造中的有效传承与创新发展,为城市更新提供新思路与新模式。In response to the inheritance and innovation of Hutong culture in the transformation of traditional dwellings under the background of urban renewal,this study implements a protecting and controlling strategy for the Hutong culture of traditional residential buildings as a whole,ensuring the continuity of the historical context and regional characteristics of Hutong culture,while respecting individual needs and carrying out refined design,taking into account the modern living needs of residents and the protection of traditional style.On the basis of inheritance,innovative research on the functions of traditional Hutongs is carried out,including enhancing the vitality of Hutongs by introducing diversified functions,optimizing the traditional residential road system and innovating traffic organization methods to improve travel efficiency and safety,and paying attention to the innovation of traditional residential spatial environment so as to create public spaces with contemporary characteristics and enhance residents’sense of belonging and happiness.Through this series of research and practice,the effective inheritance and innovative development of Hutong culture in the renovation of traditional dwellings can be achieved,providing new ideas and models for urban renewal.
