摘　　要：上海虹桥机场T1和T2航站楼已获得绿色建筑二星级运行标识,是依据《既有建筑绿色改造评价标准》GB/T 51141-2015开展运行评价的首个经上海市住建委认定的既有航站楼改造项目。虹桥机场T1和T2航站楼在运行后开展改扩建和既有航站楼改造提升工作,全面提升其绿色低碳性能。本文从规划与建筑、结构与材料、暖通空调、给水排水、电气、施工管理、运行管理七个方面出发,详细介绍了虹桥机场航站楼在设计、施工、运行管理全过程的绿色低碳实践工作,为既有航站楼的绿色建筑标识认证提供了借鉴和参考。Terminals T1 and T2 of Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport have been conferred the Two-Star Green Building Operational Certification,representing the inaugural project of existing terminal renovations recognized by the Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban-Rural Development,in compliance with the“Assessment Standard for Green Renovation of Existing Buildings”GB/T 51141-2015.Following their operational commencement,Terminals T1 and T2 of Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport have embarked on expansion and renovation endeavors to upgrade the existing terminals and comprehensively improve their green and low-carbon capabilities.This paper starts from seven aspects,namely planning and architecture,structure and materials,HVAC(Heating,Ventilation,and Air Conditioning),water supply and drainage,electricity,construction management,and operation management,and details the green and low-carbon practice work throughout the design,construction,and operational management of the Hongqiao Airport terminals,providing reference for the Green Building certification process of existing terminal buildings.
