摘　　要：近年来,城乡建设领域致力于推动绿色发展,着力在促进人与自然和谐共生上实现新进展,为社会提供高品质建筑产品上作出新贡献。本文从高品质住宅发展现状和居民需求为出发点,构建了“品质提升”“智慧便利”“安全耐久”“环境宜居”四个维度的绿色健康高品质住宅技术体系,提供了涵盖技术作法、关键产品部品、主要技术参数的模块清单,通过北京市高标准典型住宅社区项目验证绿色健康高品质住宅技术实施效果,为后续高品质住宅建设提供有力的技术依据和支撑。In recent years,the urban-rural construction field has focused on promoting green development,striving to achieve new progress in fostering harmonious coexistence between humans and nature,and contributing to the provision of high-quality buildings to society.This paper,starting from the development status of high-quality residential buildings and demands of residents,constructed a four-dimensional technical system for the green and healthy high-quality residential buildings,covering quality improvement,intelligent convenience,safety and durability,as well as livable environment,which provides a modular checklist that includes technical practices,key products and components,and main technical parameters.The implementation effectiveness of this technical system for green,healthy and high-quality residential buildings was verified through a high-quality standardized residential building project in Beijing,providing strong technical support for the subsequent construction of high-quality residential buildings.
