摘  要:本文以微通道装置作为反应器,对微通道制备N-丁基-4-硝基邻苯二甲酰亚胺的各个因素进行了探究,得到相对优化的反应条件:浓硫酸∶N-丁基邻苯二甲酰亚胺质量比为2∶1;浓硝酸∶N-丁基邻苯二甲酰亚胺硝化摩尔比为1.15∶1;反应温度51~55℃;体系压力0.5 MPa;停留时间4.0~4.5 min。该条件下,N-丁基-4-硝基邻苯二甲酰亚胺的中控含量在91%以上。N-Butyl-4-nitrophthalimide was prepared with microchannel reactor and effect factors of the reaction were studied.The optimum reaction conditions were obtained:the mass ratio of sulfuric acid:N-butylphthalimide was 2∶1,the molar ratio of nitric acid:N-butylphthalimide was 1.15∶1,the reaction temperature was 51~55℃,the reaction pressure was 0.5 MPa,and the reaction residence time was 4.5~5.5 min.In the condition,the purity of N-butyl-4-nitrophthalimide was over 91%.
