摘　　要：本文简单介绍了甲苯胺类中间体在染料中的应用。以间甲苯胺、环氧乙烷、醋酐为主要原料,研究了一种间甲苯胺衍生物的合成工艺,通过实验选择了最佳合成路线。考察了温度、环氧乙烷用量、保温时间对羟基化反应的影响以及醋酐用量对酯化反应的影响。在最优条件下,羟基化终点纯度>98%,酯化终点纯度>97.5%,总收率达94%以上。并对羟基化、酯化反应进行了安全分析,符合风险等级要求。Application of toluidines in synthesis of dyestuff was introduced briefly.A derivative was synthesized from m-toluidine,ethylene oxide and acetate anhydride.The optimum process was obtained by experiments.The effects of temperature,the amount of ethylene oxide and holding time on the hydroxylation reaction were studied,as well as the effect of acetic anhydride on the esterification reaction.In optimal conditions,the purity of the hydroxylation endpoint was over 98%,the purity of the esterification endpoint was over 97.5%,and the total yield was above 94%.The safety analysis of the hydroxylation and esterification was also conducted,which met the requirements of the risk level.
