水性单组分底面一体防腐涂料的研究

摘　　要：本文介绍了一种单组分水性醇酸底面一体防腐涂料的制备方法、相关助剂筛选,并根据HG/T 5176—2017标准进行了性能测试。该涂料在耐水性、耐酸性、耐人工老化和耐中性盐雾测试中均有优异表现,最终达到C3 H等级。The preparation and selection of related additives for a single component waterborne alkyd Primer/Topcoat anti-corrosion coating were introduced.According to test items in the Standard HG/T 5176—2017,the performance of the coating was tested.The water resistance,acid resistance,artificial aging resistance,and neutral salt spray resistance all showed good performance,ultimately reaching the C3 H level.
