含多磺酸基染料的LC-MS检测及质谱图解析

摘　　要：本文介绍了多磺酸基染料的液相色谱分析条件,详细叙述了利用液质联用技术分析多磺酸基染料分子量的方法。以C.I.活性蓝194和C.I.活性蓝222为例,对质谱图中的峰进行了归属,深入解析了峰簇之间的联系。Liquid chromatography conditions for dyes containing several sulfonic acid groups were presented.Molecular weight of the dyes were determined by LC-MS,and the detection process were introduced in detail.Took C.I.Reactive Blue 194 and C.I.Reactive Blue 222 for examples,the peaks in mass spectrogram were assigned,and the relationship among the charged ion clusters were deeply analyzed.
