摘  要:从漏电故障、短路故障、过负荷故障3个方面分析了当前住宅小区建筑电气强电系统常见的安全故障,同时,提出了供电线路设计、配电方案设计、插座设计、照明设计、接地保护设计等设计要点,有助于改变住宅小区建筑电气强电系统的传统设计模式,确保建筑电气强电系统始终保持稳定的运行状态,提高整个建筑的运行效率,推动行业可持续发展。This paper analyzes the common safety faults of strong electrical systems in residential buildings from three aspects:leakage faults,short circuit faults,and overload faults.At the same time,it puts forward the design points of power supply line design,distribution scheme design,socket design,lighting design,and grounding protection design,which helps to transform the traditional design mode of strong electrical systems in residential buildings,ensure that the strong electrical systems in buildings always maintain stable operation,improve the operational efficiency of the entire building,and promote sustainable development of the industry.
