北疆地区大型光伏电站选址研究——以新疆奎屯市某项目为例

摘  要:针对新疆奎屯市某大型光伏电站的选址问题,通过系统分析探讨了适合北疆地区光伏项目的选址条件和影响因素。采用多因素综合评价模型,通过单因子限制因素评价和综合评分,对备选场地进行系统筛选与排序。研究结果表明,奎屯市的地理位置、良好的太阳辐射条件及适宜的土壤和气候环境为大型光伏电站的建设提供了有利保障。同时,对于土地利用与规划的合理性、生态环境保护要求以及周边社区接纳度等因素,均进行了综合考量。Aiming at the location problem of a large photovoltaic power station in Kuitun City,Xinjiang,the paper discusses the location conditions and influencing factors suitable for photovoltaic projects in northern Xinjiang through systematic analysis.A multi-factor comprehensive evaluation model was used to systematically screen and rank alternative sites through single-factor limiting factor evaluation and comprehensive score.The results show that the location of Kuitun City,good solar radiation conditions and suitable soil and climate environment provide favorable guarantee for the construction of large-scale photovoltaic power stations.At the same time,the rationality of land use and planning,the requirements of ecological environmental protection and the acceptance of surrounding communities need to be comprehensively considered.
