复杂地层对盾构泥水设备选型影响的研究

摘  要:探讨了盾构泥水处理系统中标准贯入锤击数与液性指数的关系。通过对不同盾构隧道项目的粉质黏土和黏土进行数据分析,采用最小二乘法进行一元线性回归统计,揭示了两者之间的负相关关系。结果表明,3组数据呈中等程度相关,1组呈弱相关。研究证实,标准贯入锤击数越小,土质越软。但不同土层的线性拟合方程存在差异,因此,仅能定性判断土层的液性指数范围。In this study,the relationship between the number of standard penetration hits and the liquid index in the shield sludge treatment system was discussed.Through the data analysis of silty clay and clay in different shield tunnel projects,the negative correlation between them is revealed by using the least squar emethod to perform linear regression statistics.The results showed that three groups showed moderate correlation and one group showed weak correlation.Studies have confirmed that the smaller the standard hammer hit,the softer the soilis.However,the linear fitting equation of different soil layers is different,so the range of liquid property index of soil layer can only be judged qualitatively.
