摘 要:为探究温拌沥青技术在沥青路面施工中的应用研究,论文介绍了该技术的基本原理与原材料设计,详尽阐述了该技术的施工工艺及关键技术要点,采用车辙试验、浸水马歇尔试验、冻融劈裂试验以及渗水试验对温拌沥青混合料的路用性能进行检测,并通过抽提和马氏试验对施工现场排放物进行检测。结果显示,温拌沥青技术不仅具有较好的路用性能,还能显著降低能耗与有害物质的排放,是一项新型绿色环保的沥青路面施工技术。In order to explore the application of warm-mixed asphalt technology in asphalt pavement construction,this paper introduces the basic principle and raw material design of the technology,and elaborates the construction technology and key technical points of this technology in detail.The road performance of warm-mixed asphalt mixture is tested by rut test,immersion Marshall test,freeze-thaw splitting test and water seepage test.The discharge from the construction site was detected by extraction and Martensioned test.The results show that the technology of warm mixing asphalt not only has good road performance,but also can significantly reduce energy consumption and harmful substances emission.It is a new green and environmentally friendly asphalt pavement construction technology.
