摘　　要：研究了一种大跨度建筑中预制GRC构件实现无缝外观效果的可行性方案,分析了GRC构件版幅尺寸的选择,以及无缝处理的详细步骤,同时,针对后期拼接缝开裂问题进行分析并提供解决方案。以深圳某项目为例,阐述了大跨度GRC构件分段合并无缝处理技术及施工实践要点等。GRC material,as a new type of building curtain wall material,is widely used in many building curtain wall projects.This paper investigates the feasibility of achieving a seamless exterior appearance in large-span buildings using prefabricated GRC components,analyzes the selection of panel sizes for GRC components and provides detailed steps for seamless treatment.At the same time,the paper analyzes the issue of joint cracks in the post-construction phase and proposes a solution.Based on a project in Shenzhen,this paper expounds the seamless processing technology of large-span GRC components and the key points of construction practice.
