翻模与液压爬模相结合的桥梁墩柱施工技术

摘  要:以重庆市渝黔高速公路扩容项目中的桥梁墩柱工程为例,探讨了翻模与液压爬模相结合的施工技术。分析了施工中的重难点,包括连续钢构箱梁桥挂篮施工和高墩施工,并针对这些难点提出了应对措施,如选择轻型挂篮、设计并验算0#块托架、预应力管道安装与压浆等。针对不同高度和类型的桥墩,采用了不同的施工方法,阐述了翻模和液压爬模的施工过程和技术要点。研究结果表明,该技术能有效提高施工效率和质量。Taking the bridge pier project of Yu Qian Expressway expansion project in Chongqing as an example,this paper discusses the construction technology of the combination of tilting mold and hydraulic climbing mold.The important and difficult points in construction are analyzed,including the hanging basket and high construction of continuous steel box girder bridge pier.In view of these difficulties,the corresponding measures are put forward,such as selecting lightweight hanging basket,designing and checking 0#block bracket,installation and grouting of prestressed pipeline.According to the different height and type of pier,different construction methods are adopted,and the construction process and technical key points of the tilting and hydraulic climbing forms are expounded.The research results show that this technology can effectively improve the construction efficiency and quality.
