厂拌热再生排水沥青混合料在公路施工中的应用

摘　　要：依托实际工程,采用3种级配制备厂拌热再生排水混合料的制备,对3种混合料的高温抗车辙性能、水稳定性能、低温抗裂性能以及其渗水性能进行研究,并对施工现场摊铺碾压后路面的路面性能进行检测。研究结果表明,矿料掺配比为32∶27∶36∶4的厂拌热再生排水混合料具备优良的路用性能,且压实度、平整度、构造深度、渗水系数以及摩擦系数等路面性能指标均能满足公路工程施工要求。The high temperature rutting resistance,water stability,low temperature cracking resistance and water seepage performance of the three kinds of mixtures were studied based on the actual project.The pavement performance of the road surface after rolling was tested on the construction site.The results show that the plant mix of 38∶27∶36∶4 has excellent road performance,and the pavement performance indexes such as compactness,flatness,structural depth,water seepage coefficient and friction coefficient can meet the requirements of highway construction.
