风雨环境下高层建筑外围护结构防渗漏处理技术研究

摘  要:分析了高层建筑外围护结构渗漏问题的主要原因,提出了相应的防渗漏处理技术。研究结果表明,在高层建筑外围护结构防渗漏处理方面,应重视外界风雨对建筑物的影响,并采取相应的措施。通过加强建筑结构的密封性、选择合适的防水材料以及优化施工工艺,可以降低建筑的渗漏发生率和维修成本,有效提高外围护结构的抗渗漏能力。The main reasons of leakage problem of high-rise building outer protective structure are analyzed.The corresponding anti-leakage treatment technology is put forward.The results show that the influence of external wind and rain on the building should be paid attention to and corresponding measures should be taken in the seepage prevention treatment of the outer protective structure of high-rise buildings.By strengthening the tightness of the building structure,selecting suitable waterproof materials and optimizing the construction technology,the leakage incidence rate and maintenance cost of the building can be reduced,and the anti-leakage ability of the outer protective structure can be effectively improved.
