摘　　要：针对建筑设计同质化严重的现象,从不同层面出发,分析了新建大学校园建筑共性设计和个性设计的要点,在遵从统一性、协调性的基础上,提高建筑的辨识度,注入更多的精神内涵,然后,针对施工过程中存在的主要问题进行阐述,并提出了针对性的解决策略,通过对设计与施工阶段的有效控制,保证大学校园的建设效果。Aiming at the phenomenon of serious homogeneity of architectural design,this paper analyzes the key points of common design and individual design of newly built university campus buildings from different levels.On the basis of following the unity and coordination,it improves the recognition of the building and infuses more spiritual connotation.Then,the main problems existing in the construction process are expounded,and the corresponding solutions are put forward.Through the effective control of the design and construction stage,the construction effect of the university campus is guaranteed.
