市政工程造价管理中动态成本控制的应用研究

摘　　要：针对市政工程造价中的成本控制问题,提出了一种基于动态成本控制的管理方法,通过控制人工成本、机械成本和材料成本,制订不同的方案,解决了市政工程造价管理中的问题,实现了成本支出的有效控制。研究结果表明,动态成本控制不仅可以节省成本支出,还能灵活、及时地应对工程实施期间出现的各种变化。A management method based on dynamic cost control is proposed to address the cost control issue in municipal engineering.By controlling labor costs,machinery costs,and material costs,different plans are formulated to solve the effective management problem of municipal engineering costs and achieve effective control of cost expenditures.The research results indicate that dynamic cost control can not only save cost expenditures,but also flexibly and timely respond to various changes that occur during the implementation of the project.
