摘　　要：预制混凝土T梁外观质量与梁结构的耐久性和稳定性密切相关,基于此,论文结合依托工程,分析了预制T梁混凝土的外观质量问题,包括混凝土麻面、蜂窝、孔洞、烂边和烂根、气泡以及外观色差等,针对上述外观质量问题,提出了优化混凝土配合比设计,控制混凝土浇筑、拌和及振捣,控制模板安装以及断层面保护层厚度等提升措施。The appearance quality of precast concrete T-beam is closely related to the durability and stability of the beam structure.Based on this,combined with the support project,the paper analyzed the appearance quality problems of precast T-beam concrete,including concrete pockmarked surface,honeycomb,holes,rotten edges and roots,bubbles and appearance color difference,etc.Some lifting measures are proposed,such as optimizing concrete mix design,controlling concrete pouring,mixing and vibration,controlling formwork installation and protection layer thickness of fault plane.
