酸枣仁汤提取物镇静催眠和抗惊厥作用的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨酸枣仁汤提取物对小鼠的镇静催眠和抗惊厥作用。方法:以(81.12、40.56、20.28g)生药/kg剂量对小鼠灌胃给予酸枣仁汤提取物后,采用阈下催眠法研究酸枣仁汤提取物的镇静催眠作用,采用戊四唑致小鼠惊厥模型研究酸枣仁汤提取物的抗惊厥作用。结果:酸枣仁汤提取物81.12 g生药/kg剂量与阈下催眠剂量的戊巴比妥钠有协同作用,能提高阈下催眠剂量下小鼠的睡眠百分率;酸枣仁汤提取物81.12g生药/kg剂量能明显延长戊四唑诱发的小鼠惊厥模型的惊厥潜伏期、死亡潜伏期,提高惊厥小鼠的存活率。结论:酸枣仁汤提取物具有明显的镇静催眠及抗惊厥作用。Objective:To study the sedation,hypnosis and anticonvulsant effects of Suanzaoren Decoction Extract on mice.Methods:The mice were gavaged with 81.12,40.56 and 20.28g crude drug/kg of Suanzaoren Decoction Extract,and the sedative and hypnotic effect of the extract was studied by subthreshold hypnosis method.The anticonvulsant effect of the extract was studied by the model of pentetetrazole induced convulsion in mice.Results:The 81.12 g crude drug/kg of Suanzaoren Decoction Extract could increase the sleep percentage of mice under the subthreshold hypnotic dose.The 81.12 g crude drug/kg of Suanzaoren Decoction Extract could significantly prolong the incubation period of convulsion and death,and improve the survival rate of mice with convulsion induced by pentylenetetrazol.Conclusion:Suanzaoren Decoction Extract has obvious sedative,hypnotic and anticonvulsive effects.
