经皮椎体后凸成形术治疗老年骨质疏松病理性骨折患者的效果

摘　　要：目的:研究经皮椎体后凸成形术治疗对老年骨质疏松病理性骨折患者椎体高度恢复情况的影响。方法:选取2023年1月—2024年1月期间在周宁县医院骨科收治的老年骨质疏松病理性骨折患者86例,随机分为对照组(保守治疗,n=43)和观察组(经皮椎体后凸成形术治疗,n=43),比较两组疼痛程度(VAS)、腰椎功能障碍(ODI)、椎体相对高度、压缩椎体后Cobb角及临床指标改善时间(下地时间、疼痛缓解时间、住院时间)。结果:治疗后,观察组VAS、ODI评分低于对照组,椎体相对高度高于对照组,压缩椎体后Cobb角低于对照组,且下地时间、疼痛缓解时间、住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:PKP治疗老年骨质疏松病理性骨折的疗效良好,可有效缓解患者疼痛,恢复椎体高度,改善脊柱形态和稳定性,并缩短患者的康复周期,值得临床应用。Objective:To study the effect of percutaneous kyphoplasty on the recovery of vertebral height in elderly patients with osteoporotic pathological fractures.Methods:A total of 86 elderly patients with osteoporotic pathological fractures admitted to the Department of Orthopaedics,Zhouning County Hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were randomly divided into control group(conservative treatment,n=43)and observation group(percutaneous kyphoplasty,n=43).The degree of pain(VAS),lumbar dysfunction(ODI),relative height of the vertebral body,Cobb angle after compression of the vertebral body and improvement time of clinical indicators(ambulation time,pain relief time,hospitalization time)were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the VAS and ODI scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the relative height of the vertebral body was higher than that of the control group,the Cobb angle after compressing the vertebral body was lower than that of the control group,and the ambulation time,pain relief time and hospitalization time were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:PKP is effective in the treatment of senile osteoporotic pathological fractures.It can effectively relieve pain,restore vertebral height,improve spinal morphology and stability,and shorten the recovery periodof patients.Itisworthyof clinical application.
