碳酸司维拉姆联合醋酸钙治疗合并高磷血症血液透析患者的效果

摘　　要：目的:分析碳酸司维拉姆联合醋酸钙治疗透析患者合并高磷血症的疗效。方法:选取本院于2021年1月—2022年12月收治的150例透析合并高磷血症患者作为此次研究对象,随机分为对照组与实验组,每组75例。对照组采用醋酸钙治疗,实验组采用碳酸司维拉姆联合醋酸钙治疗,比较两组临床疗效、炎症因子[肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)]、肾功能[尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(SCr)]及钙磷代谢水平(血磷、血钙、全段甲状旁腺激素)。结果:治疗后,实验组治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组治疗后hs-CRP、TNF-α、IL-6、BUN、SCr、血磷、血钙、全段甲状旁腺激素水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:碳酸司维拉姆联合醋酸钙治疗透析患者合并高磷血症可改善临床症状,改善炎症因子及钙磷代谢水平,值得临床应用。Objective:To analyze the efficacy of sevelamer carbonate combined with calcium acetate in the treatment of dialysis patients with hyperphosphatemia.Methods:A total of 150 patients with dialysis and hyperphosphatemia admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the subjects of this study.They were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 75 patients in each group.The control group was treated with calcium acetate,and the experimental group was treated with sevelamer carbonate combined with calcium acetate.The clinical efficacy,inflammatory factors[tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6),high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)],renal function[urea nitrogen(BUN),serum creatinine(SCr)]and calcium and phosphorus metabolism levels(blood phosphorus,blood calcium,whole parathyroid hormone)were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of hs-CRP,TNF-α,IL-6,BUN,SCr,blood phosphorus,blood calcium and whole parathyroid hormone in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Sevelamer carbonate combined with calcium acetate in the treatment of dialysis patients with hyperphosphatemia can improve clinical symptoms,improve inflammatory factors and calcium and phosphorus metabolism levels,which is worthy of clinical application.
