摘　　要：目的:观察种植手术术后应用头孢拉定预防感染的效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2024年8月本院口腔科完成种植手术患者共96例,分为头孢拉定组与对照组,各48例。对照组给予常规预防措施,头孢拉定组在对照组预防基础上给予服用头孢拉定预防,连续服用3d。比较两组感染发生情况、疼痛情况、生存质量评分及满意度。结果:头孢拉定组干预3 d期间手术部位感染发生率为2.08%,低于对照组的14.58%(P<0.05)。头孢拉定组干预3 d后疼痛VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。头孢拉定组干预3 d后生存质量各维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。头孢拉定组干预3 d后满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:种植修复手术术后患者应用头孢拉定能有效预防感染的发生,缓解患者疼痛,提高生存质量与满意度。Objective:To observe the effect of cefradine on the prevention of infection after implant surgery.Methods:A total of 96 patients who underwent implant surgery in the Department of Stomatology of our hospital from January 2021 to August 2024 were selected and divided into cefradine group and control group,with 48 patients in each group.The control group was given routine preventive measures,and the cefradine group was given cefradine prevention on the basis of the control group for 3 days.The incidence of infection,pain,quality of life and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of surgical site infection in the cefradine group was 2.08%during the 3-day intervention,which was lower than 14.58%in the control group(P<0.05).The pain VAS score of the cefradine group was lower than that of the control group after 3 days of intervention(P<0.05).After 3 days of intervention,the scores of all dimensions of quality of life in the cefradine group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the cefradine group was higher than that of the control group after 3 days of intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of cefradine in patients after implant repair surgery can effectively prevent the occurrence of infection,relieve pain,and improve the quality of life and satisfaction.
