摘  要:目的:研究术前雄激素肌肉注射对小儿尿道下裂并阴茎发育不良患儿局部血管微环境及手术成功率的影响。方法:选择本院2022年2月—2024年2月收治的80例小儿尿道下裂并阴茎发育不良患儿为研究对象,均实施尿道成形术,对照组(n=40)术前不应用雄激素,研究组(n=40)术前肌肉注射雄激素,对比两组局部血管微环境、手术成功率及阴茎发育情况。结果:研究组治疗后VEGF、CD31、手术成功率及阴茎长度、冠状沟周径高于对照组,且并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:术前肌肉注射雄激素,能调节尿道下裂并阴茎发育不良患儿局部血管微环境,提高手术成功率。Objective:To study the effect of preoperative intramuscular injection of androgen on the local vascular microenvironment and the success rate of surgery in pediatric children with hypospadias and penile dysplasia.Methods:A total of 80 children with hypospadias and penile dysplasia admitted to our hospital from February 2022 to February 2024 were selected as the research objects,and all of them underwent urethroplasty.The control group(n=40)did not use androgen before operation,and the study group(n=40)received preoperative intramuscular injection of androgen.The local vascular microenvironment,success rate of operation and penile development were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,VEGF,CD31,surgical success rate,penile length and coronal sulcus circumference in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Preoperative intramuscular injection of androgen can regulate the local vascular microenvironment in children with hypospadias and peniledysplasia and improve the success rate of surgery.
