富马酸卢帕他定和复方甘草酸苷片联合枸地氯雷他定治疗慢性荨麻疹的效果

摘　　要：目的:探究枸地氯雷他定联合富马酸卢帕他定及复方甘草酸苷片治疗慢性荨麻疹(chronic urticaria,CU)的效果。方法:选取2022年10月—2023年9月在仙游县皮肤病防治院治疗的荨麻疹患者90例,依据治疗方法不同分为对照组(n=45)及研究组(n=45),对照组给予常规治疗,研究组在对照组基础上给予富马酸卢帕他定联合复方甘草酸苷治疗,比较两组治疗效果、不良反应、症状情况、免疫水平、炎症症状,生活质量以及复发率。结果:治疗后,研究组γ干扰素、血清白细胞介素-2均高于对照组(P<0.05,白细胞介素-4、血清总免疫球蛋白E、生活质量评分、症状体征积分低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组总有效率高于对照组,复发率低于对照组(P<0.05);两组用药期间不良反应发生率,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:富马酸卢帕他定、枸地氯雷他定及复方甘草酸苷片三药联合能提高CU患者的治疗效果,减轻变态反应,降低复发率,缓解患者的症状,进而促进患者生活质量水平的提升,且安全性较高。Objective:To explore the effect of desloratadine citrate disodium combined with rupatadine fumarate and compound glycyrrhizin tablets in the treatment of chronic urticaria(CU).Methods:A total of 90 patients with urticaria treated in Xianyou County Dermatology Prevention and Treatment Hospital from October 2022 to September 2023 were selected and divided into control group(n=45)and study group(n=45)according to different treatment methods.The control group was given routine treatment,and the study group was given rupatadine fumarate combined with compound glycyrrhizin on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect,adverse reactions,symptoms,immune level,inflammatory symptoms,quality of life and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the levels of interferon-and serum interleukin-2 in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the levels of interleukin-4,serum total immunoglobulin E,quality of life score and symptom and sign score were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the recurrence rate was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of rupatadine fumarate,desloratadine citrate disodium and compound glycyrrhizin tablets can improve the therapeutic effect of CU patients,reduce the allergic reaction,reduce the recurrence rate,relieve the symptoms of patients,and promote the improvement of the quality of life of patients,with high safety.
